What a brilliant team! Right from the time of enquiring about the booking through to the removal days, this team could not do enough to help!. I had the team booked for 3 days for a long distance move, unfortunately due to a delay with exchange my dates moved to a time when the team wasn't available for one of the days. Sally did everything she could to help and it ended up with the team arriving in the afternoon of day 1 and working until gone 7pm to do a part load. The following day they came and completed the load very quickly and efficiently, helping me to pack and protect the heavier items as they went. After a late in the day completion, they then drove the two lorries to Wales. The following morning, bang on time, they arrived at the house to unload both lorries. Again this was done quickly and very smoothly, making sure I was happy where everything was going. While all this was going on, my two little boys were fascinated by the removals and wanted to help which the team let them do with the safer/lighter items. This not only helped me keep them occupied, it made the boys feel part of the day and involved in the move. At the end of the day, the crew gave them some 'wages' as a thank you and this small gesture made the boys very proud of their days work (they still talk about it!). It was this care and attention throughout the whole process that impressed me so much about Philip Marks... what a great team !!! Highly recommend you give them a call to check availability. Thanks

The team was really kind and friendly. We had lots of fragile which were all taken care off. The price was great and the customer service was excellent. Super helpful and informative over the phone and also we had a video call to get a quote which was really helpful.

Owen, Emile and the rest of the team really took a liking to us with the countless plant pots we asked them to move and the umpteen trips to the loft :) we are sure they are missing us! All jokes aside, no job was too big for Philip Marks Removals. They cemented my belief that when it comes to house removal companies you really do get what you pay for - if a price is too good to be true, it most likely is, especially with the horror stories you hear and read about. Thankfully Philip Marks was worth every penny, taking any stress out of the house move away. We’re truly thankful to the whole team for your diligence, hard work, and patience. Phillip Marks organisation of our move was excellent. Our actual move days were over a heat wave, with temperatures well over 30°. Even so, the crew were calm, polite, friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt they took great care of all our belongings throughout the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Philip Marks Removals.

The Team made up of Owen, Emile, Adam plus one were excellent. Our move was over two long very hot days. The guys worked so incredibly hard and we can't thank them enough. They left us at 6.45pm and then had a drive of four hours to het home. Hi ghly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service for our move out of area. Very reasonably priced. Nice friendly staff in the office and on the day. Talked through everything before and during the packing process. It was a boiling hot day, but Owen, Adam and Mason who was in his first day just got on with it with no complaints. Would definitely recommend them.
